We spent our long weekend hanging out at Calling Lake, AB. I have two aunts who live at the lake. We all survived the 6 hr trek up there to
enjoy some sun, sand and lots of family visiting. It was an absolutely fantastic weekend! The Donahue's weren't the only ones to brave the long weekend drive...my sister's family and my parents came up as well. It was a bit like an
impromptu family reunion. I spent most summers up at the lake as a kid and am so happy to be able to share it with my kids now - it is a great place with tons of good memories. The weather was beautiful the entire weekend so we got to spend lots of time on the beach, which the kids absolutely loved! Payton had so much fun swimming with her cousins! I'm so glad that we got the chance to go out there!
